With more than a decade of experience in the title industry, Colleen Chittick brings authenticity, strategic thinking, and strong relationship skills to her role as National Sales Executive at Fidelity National Title. Growing up around the industry through her father’s career, she developed an early understanding of how this work supports families, communities, and important life moments. It is a big part of why she approaches her career with both purpose and passion.

Before joining Fidelity National Title, Colleen served as a Vice President at Ticor Title, where she led national credit union partnerships and managed key strategic relationships. She collaborated with financial institutions across multiple markets, helping them align title solutions with member-focused goals and long-term growth. She was also an active contributor in the credit union space through education, conferences, symposiums, and industry panels, which helped build her reputation as a trusted and energetic partner.

Colleen now brings that same commitment to service and connection to Fidelity National Title, NCS. She values the professionalism and collaborative culture of the company and is excited to contribute while continuing to learn from a strong and supportive team. Known for building trust quickly, facilitating meaningful conversations, and forming long-term partnerships, she approaches every client interaction with curiosity, integrity, and a genuine focus on relationships.

Your attitude determines your altitude, fly high.

Although much of her experience has centered on national financial institutions, Colleen sees her role at Fidelity National Title as a fresh opportunity. She looks forward to identifying new areas of growth, expanding partnerships, and developing a niche where she can bring the greatest value.

Her core values include integrity, accountability, clear communication, and consistent follow-through. Colleagues and clients consistently recognize her for her tenacity, resilience, positive attitude, and strong dedication to results.

Outside of work, Colleen is active in community and philanthropic efforts. She served on the board of the Community Hospital Long Beach Foundation and has volunteered for more than ten years with Ronald McDonald House Charities, where she created “Colleen’s Corner,” a reading and art program for children and families. She also supports community art therapy through The Local Spark and the Arkansas Paint Project, offering creative support to individuals experiencing grief and major life transitions.

A Huntington Beach native, Colleen holds an AA from Orange Coast College, where she competed on the Women’s Golf Team; a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communications and Administration of Justice from Portland State University; and a Certificate in Open Innovation, Business, and Marketing from Harvard Business School Online.

In her free time, she enjoys exploring and is often dubbed a “treasure hunter” whether discovering new places through travel, hiking, or chasing the perfect view. A true gal on the go, she brings that same adventurous spirit to the golf course, a lifelong passion she has enjoyed since childhood. Colleen is also an active book club member, enjoys all things social, valuing connection, conversation, and community.
