David James Sprinkle has over 25 years of experience as a real estate attorney and is Fidelity National Title’s Senior Vice President, Underwriting Counsel. He works closely with John Jones in the Seattle marketplace, but oversees transactions nationwide. David’s attention to detail, knowledge and experience in real estate law, and the ability to get the job done, has made him the successful attorney he is today. A favorite component of his job is managing the problems that arise in a real estate transaction and the new challenges that each day brings.

David takes pride in his career and attributes his success to his positive attitude. Not only is David an excellent attorney, receiving the “AV” Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell, but he has also authored chapters in real estate books, taught Business Law at the University of Washington, and is a respected speaker at many legal seminars. He was educated at the University of Northern Colorado, where he received a BA in History, and then attended the University of Colorado to receive his Juris Doctorate.

Growing up in a small town outside Boulder, Colorado, David never thought he would be a “Seattleite,” but 30 years and two kids later he feels like a native. He enjoys golfing and running, but spends most of his time chasing after his lovable and high maintenance chocolate lab.
