Joe Knipp serves as Senior Vice President and Manager of Fidelity National Title’s Seattle National Commercial Services operation. He proudly leads one of the most experienced commercial teams in the country. Along with overseeing the department, as Senior Commercial Counsel he provides valuable underwriting analysis in the closing of complex commercial transactions. Joe previously worked in the corporate claims department as Regional Quality Assurance Counsel, where he gained valuable experience in the resolution and prevention of complex, high-exposure claims. In addition, Joe previously served as Underwriting Counsel for Washington and Montana where he advised the company and its agents on insuring both commercial and residential properties. Because of his experience, Joe has a unique understanding of the best ways to meet the customers’ needs.

Joe frequently provides client lectures and Continuing Legal Education CLE classes as well as internal training for employees. He graduated with a Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law and is licensed to practice law in Washington and Missouri.
