Industry expert John W. Jones, Senior Commercial Underwriter started his career with a national title insurance company in 1975 and now has nearly 40 years of experience in the industry. He held numerous sales and management positions before making the switch to title and finally, underwriting. In his current position, John oversees underwriting for local, multi-county, and multi-state transactions for the Seattle commercial division of Fidelity National Title.

John has underwritten title insurance for many of the significant projects in the Seattle-Bellevue area, including the Space Needle, Amazon.com, the Washington State Convention and Trade Center, the Pike Place Market, Benaroya Hall, One and Two Union Square, Pacific Place, Harbor Steps, and the Washington Mutual/Seattle Art Museum condominium tower. Other successes in his portfolio include the Braven project, an $884,000,000.00 complex, and another deal which involved underwriting a policy for a $313,000,000.00 timber transaction covering 96,000 acres in the state of Washington.
